Information we collect
- · Contact details: name, business name, email, phone, country
- · Enquiry & quote details: vehicle / engine / fleet information you provide
- · Order & shipping details: delivery address, recipient name, tax / EORI / customs identifiers required by carriers and customs authorities
- · Technical data: IP address (used to suggest your destination country), device type, pages visited
- · Communications: emails and messages you send to us
How we use it
- · To prepare quotations and fulfil orders
- · To arrange freight, customs clearance and duty / tax pre-payment where applicable
- · To provide warranty and after-sales support
- · To comply with legal, tax and export-control obligations
- · To improve the site and measure aggregate usage (privacy-respecting analytics)
Disclosure to third parties
We share personal information only with parties needed to fulfil your order: freight carriers, customs brokers, payment processors, and cloud/email service providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Because we ship worldwide, personal information necessary to complete delivery (consignee name, address, contact details and any customs identifiers) is transferred to carriers and customs authorities in the destination country.
Retention
We retain order and tax records for at least 7 years to meet Australian tax and customs record-keeping obligations. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies & local storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser localStorage entries for site functionality — including remembering your selected destination country and basket contents. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
