Warranty

Every PEM hydrogen combustion enhancement system supplied by Hydrogen Machines Australia is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of dispatch, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correctly specified installation.

What is covered

• · PEM electrolyser stack
• · Power board, microcomputer and transformer module
• · Water reservoir, pump and ion-exchange polisher cartridge
• · Cabinet, harness and supplied connectors

Conditions

• · Installation must follow the supplied installation guide
• · Feedwater quality must remain within specification (TDS ≤ 5 µS/cm)
• · Vehicle / generator electrical supply must remain within rated voltage and current
• · Unit must not be tampered with, disassembled or modified outside of authorised service
• · Damage from accident, misuse, freezing, or unauthorised electrolyte additives is excluded

Process

Lodge a warranty claim by emailing transport@hydrogenmachines.com.au with your order reference, unit serial number, a short description of the fault and supporting photos or video. Replacement parts are shipped on a freight-pre-paid basis within the warranty period; in-the-field labour is the responsibility of the operator unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Statutory consumer rights under Australian law are not affected by this warranty.
